This post proves that Burger doesn't make you Fat





Hey buddy, you must be thinking why I should read this article if I am not obese (hope you are not)? 

Don't worry you can go ahead as it will break many of your myths.

Though you are bulky, it is not your mistake- trust me absolutely not. But I can feel (Though I am not obese) the suffering of you. On one hand, you blame yourself for your obesity in the influence of frustration and on other hand, people criticize your eating habits. Most of them give credit to your diet and rest blame your laziness too.

These are the perception of others and doesn't need your attention so just cool and enjoy the article because after going through this at least you would be able to shut the mouth of those who criticize you for your fat.  

And this post will change your views regarding burger too. I can understand your feeling when you suppress your craving to grab a burger but it makes no sense punishing our own stomach and tongue by ignoring burger especially when it is innocent in most of the cases. 

Fat deposited by eating junk food can be controled by your one-hour morning walk or half an hour gym.

But have you ever thought for other reasons why instead of adopting all weight loss techniques you are not reducing an inch? Here is the answer dear- (if your obesity is covered for this reason)


OBESITY

You pack your bag for an expedition but surely you would return back home empty hand without discovering a single creature who like to deposit fat. 

Even though you are fat then don't worry you are not lonely on the planet. According to the most recent data on the obesity in the United States alone adult obesity crossed 35% in five states, 30% in 25 states and 25% in 46 states. West Virginia got top rank with 37.7%.

I have gone through (of-course you too) many articles stating only junk food reason behind the obesity in the modern population. 




 BUT

According to medical science there one more important reason behind the obesity! that is "Gene".

Here, listed down some points would be enough (Hope they might not) to divert your efforts to reduce weight and break your schedule for jogging (I thought you do). 
These above lines could be considered as a disclaimer.

According to science, 60% blame for your overweight can be attributed to genes. 

 No need to break your head, I am gonna explain you HOW

Do you know that whatever you eat whether nuts or burger (I took this example as this two considered opposite when comes at benefits) provide energy to our body? Of course, it looks like a silly question but next one is interesting. 

Do you have any idea how body utilise this energy?  (This one look little bit intelligent)
I tell you- A portion of this energy is stored as fat and rest are left behind to burn.

Next one is more interesting-

Can you control the amount your body deposit as FAT? (This one is awesome I think)

Of course not buddy!

Now comes for detail- GENES are responsible which determine what amount of your energy to be stored as fat instead of burning it. And when you get such genes from parents that are not much interested in burning energy but store in fat, your physical activity and a healthy diet can't reverse the trend toward your obesity.

You can succeed to some extent but that too would be from the remaining 40% obesity what is not determined by genes. 

How gene influence obesity? 
There are several genes available in the body that release hunger and satiety hormones that control our hunger and appetite. And any mutation in the gene, for example, can produce inevitable urge of hunger that leads to obesity. 

The condition where obesity is caused by gene mutation only medical treatment can be helpful.

Apart from the gene, other reasons for fat are-

Eating out a lot when you are depressed.

Eating unknowingly high sugar food and high-fat food in the restaurant as starter and dessert.

Drinking too much sugary drink like a soft drink.

Drinking Alcohol leads obesity as it is high in calory.

And last but not least lack of exercise.



Bottom Line

Guys, this article was to introduce one more actual culprit of obesity that most of us ignore and just focus on so-called diet control plan and penalise our own body. If you are toward gaining constant weight then instead of wasting time in cursing burger head straight to the hospital and get diagnosed real ground behind the elephant.  Thanks for giving your precious time.
