And most importantly smoking can help you make slim but not healthier. So it is not the healthy way of getting slim anyway. Off-course poring over this article will provide a strong point of argument in the debate over smoking practice with peers and friends who are a non-smoker.

Here we go-
1. Smokers are more prone to quit snacks- On the dining table or on break from work, a non-smoker tend to finish up the plate of snack while smokers keep their hands and mouth busy most of the time, eventually sending their stomach less diet than necessary.

2. Smokers consume more energy- Nicotine present in cigarette makes the heart beat faster, raises blood pressure, and increase the function of the intestine, eventually trigger consumption of more energy.

3. Low appetite- Smokers have a low appetite and dull hunger pang, thanks to the nicotine present in the blood, eventually fan the flame of hormonal changes and physical reactions. Low appetite forbids intake of excessive food and calories that add fat to the body, subsequently making smokers slimmer than a non-smoker.

4.  Smokers less enjoy the taste of food- Smoking irritates tongue and trigger chances of lowering the sensitivity of taste buds that makes food low in taste for smokers than non-smokers. And we humans are more addicted to taste than the food itself.

5. Smoking kills the sense of smell- Smoking regularly kill the sense of smelling at a certain level. So mouthwatering smell of food that induce hunger in non-smokers generally remain bunk off in smokers. Though there are subtle changes in sense receptors that too make difference when it comes to inciting hunger.
