But was he rational! we don't come to this thought until movie steps into the second part. If actually, it was that much simple, the movie might have ended in first 20 minutes. As the handmade pad made by him would have passed trial test done by his wife. But he failed repeatedly even though testing on himself because it was cellulose instead of cotton, the term not even heard by Akshay in Movie. Generally, all the business dreamers have this tendency to overlook complexity a business or product carry and we make a presumption that everything is simplest at it seems. So must watch the movie and decide how much rational a person is if he takes things granted. At the time when he made a match to standard pad that gives ultra comfort, he also had invested in machinery and taken a loan that can stretch price above Rs.55, yea the same which he lamented in beginning for another brand.
- Put your ethics on shelve-
Innovation never demands suppression of opponent, Don't lie to your business partner, and do business with ethics. These are a few of the points each management school teach, but the fact is you have to lie at some point during convincing your business buddy. Like Akshay had become CEO of a company having cumulative assets of Rs. 6000 crore despite not having a penny in the pocket to grab the sample of cellulose from a US-based firm.

As we all have some responsibility towards our society and people associated with it and this movie clearly demonstrate the intention of Akshay for CSR even before initiating firm.
But most of the companies do this propelled by the government and to keep abiding by regulations. A businessman should foster a habit of thinking like scientist like they invent, discover, learn, earn and get Nobel too, but finally what they do is for entire mankind not for themselves or their own country.
